Capitol Seniors Housing recently opened a new assisted living and memory care community in Naperville, Ill., near Chicago.
Arbor Terrace Naperville, a $27 million, 74,256-square-foot community, has 95 residential suites and offers numerous amenities. Residents will have access to a fireside living room, library, theater, and sunrooms. Dining options include a restaurant, private family dining room, and a casual café and bistro lounge.
