Capitol Seniors Housing Buys 85-Unit Active Adult Community in New Jersey

Capitol Seniors Housing has acquired Siena, an upscale active adult community in Cinnaminson Township, located across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. The price was not disclosed. Capitol plans to continue an existing master plan for the community, which includes the construction of a new clubhouse and seven residential buildings offering a total of 119 new units. The project will more than double the existing 85 units.

Capital Seniors Housing, Northbridge make donations to ACE

Capital Seniors Housing and the Northbridge Companies made the donation on April 27 to support the ACE Global Portal, an inflatable yellow “portal” that uses video and audio technology to allow students and residents to communicate with people from all over the world, as if they were in the same room. The portal first came to Andover in March, and has been traveling from school to school for students to experience.
