WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 2, 2019) – Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH), a leading senior living investment and development firm, has appointed Kristen Ahrens as Principal – Business Development. With more than two decades of senior living and finance experience, Ahrens has managed countless transactions for senior living clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to joining Capitol Seniors Housing, Ahrens served as Managing Director with Capital One Healthcare (previously GE Healthcare Financial Services). While at GE, Ahrens served as Senior Vice President & Vice President for more than 10 years. Prior to joining GE, Ahrens was the Vice President of Development at GenSpring Family Offices. Ahrens began her career at Ernst & Young after which she was an analyst at Ocwen Financial, then later served as a senior associate at Heller Financial. She earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
