WASHINGTON, D.C. and NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (Sept. 22, 2021) Capitol Seniors Housing, a leading senior living investment and development firm, has broken ground and started construction on its latest development The Outlook at Hamilton Town Center, an active adult community in Noblesville, Ind., outside Indianapolis. The 145,000-square-foot, four-story community for adults aged 55 and older will offer 164 affordable residential units.

The community will be located adjacent to Hamilton Town Center, a vibrant and growing outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment destination. The placement of the community puts The Outlook’s future residents within walking distance of retail and restaurants such as Houlihan’s, Chase Bank, Chuy’s, Chico’s, and just minutes from nearby healthcare sites. The community will also be within walking distance of the recently announced 274-acre master plan development known as Hyde Park, which will include a mix of retail, restaurants, office space, and 162 acres of park area.

“Hamilton County and Noblesville have experienced significant population growth over the past few years and become an affluent suburb in the Indianapolis area. We’re excited to be part of the growth around Hamilton Town Center and to develop a community for active 55-plus residents who want to live in such a vibrant area,” said Michael Hartman, Principal – Active Living, Capitol Seniors Housing. “Mixed-use developments are in high demand and allow residents to live within walking distance to everything they need, whether it’s dining, shopping or entertainment. The Outlook at Hamilton Town Center’s location is a great fit for those who want to downsize, socialize with like-minded neighbors, and enjoy various amenities and activities.”

As Capitol Seniors Housing’s latest development, The Outlook at Hamilton Town Center will feature a variety of one- and two-bedroom luxury residences with many amenities thoughtfully designed for Noblesville’s active, independent adults ages 55 and up. These amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and lounge, a clubhouse with coffee bar and game room, a library, a theatre, and fitness studio.

Residents who will be attracted to the active living community are those looking to shed the burdens of traditional home ownership in favor of a hassle- and maintenance-free lifestyle in the heart of Noblesville’s growth, where the community’s experienced and friendly staff will always be on call.

Designed by Element Architects with Core Construction serving as general contractor, The Outlook at Hamilton Town Center is scheduled to open in early 2023.
