WASHINGTON, D.C. and GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (June 29, 2021) – Capitol Seniors Housing, a leading senior living investment and development firm, has broken ground and started construction on its latest development The Outlook at the Exchange, an active adult community in Gwinnett County, Ga., outside Atlanta. The 200,000-square-foot, four-story community for adults aged 55 and older will offer 180 upscale residential units.
