WASHINGTON, D.C., AND SEATTLE, Wash. (April 27, 2018) – Capitol Seniors Housing, a leading senior living investment and development firm, has completed major renovations on four senior living communities owned by the company in the Seattle area. All of the communities are operated by MBK Senior Living based in Irvine, Calif.

The following senior living communities received upgrades and underwent renovations, including the residential suites:

  • Northgate Plaza, an independent and assisted living community located at 11030 5th Ave. NE in Seattle, offering eight floor plans.
  • Mountlake Terrace, an independent and assisted living community located at 23303 58th Ave. West in Mountlake Terrace, which offers three floor plans.
  • The Creekside, an independent living and short-term care community located at 18200 Woodinville Snohomish Rd. NE in Woodinville, which offers three floor plans.
  • Island House, an independent and assisted living community located at 7810 SE 30th St. in Mercer Island, offering three floor plans.

Each senior living community received significant remodeling or space configurations including additions or renovations of wine/coffee bistro areas, activity spaces, fitness rooms, game rooms and libraries. Interior work included new furniture, fixtures, flooring, paint, cabinets and lighting upgrades. Community exteriors received fresh paint and landscaping. Residential suite renovations included new paint, flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and light fixtures.
