Located on a 2.6-acre site, the community boasts spacious courtyards and a view overlooking the Sunset Valley Golf Course to the rear of the site. Capitol Seniors Housing also created a pedestrian crossing extending into Sunset Woods Park as a public benefit, as well as extending the Deerfield Road sidewalk and improving the Central Avenue sidewalk with landscaping and seating.
