Capitol Seniors Housing, a leading senior living investment and development firm, has begun construction on Atria Highland Park, an assisted living and memory care community in Highland Park.
The $30 million, three-story, 72,000-square-foot community with 86 residential suites will be operated by Atria Senior Living. Atria Highland Park, at 1000 Central Ave., just west of the city’s downtown, is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2020.
