Capitol Seniors Housing recently acquired Siena, a 15-acre active living community for adults ages 55 and over, in Cinnaminson Township, N.J. Construction on the master plan is set to begin and will include a clubhouse and seven residential buildings with 119 luxury homes. The clubhouse is scheduled to be completed in early 2019.
