CSH and IMC Inviting Locals to Sign the Building

WASHINGTON, D.C and EVESHAM, NJ (March 3,2022)- Capitol Seniors Housing, a leading senior living investment and development firm, is soon topping off construction on their highly anticipated Arbor Terrace Marlton, an assisted living and memory care community in Evesham Township, NJ in Burlington County near Philadelphia. In celebration of a key milestone of their construction, Capitol Seniors Housing and IMC Construction will be hosting a “Topping Out Ceremony” at the community on March 23, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.

During the ceremony, the framing of the cupola roof will be hoisted by crane onto the cupola structure to ‘top out’ the construction of the building. In addition, Capitol Seniors Housing and IMC Construction will be inviting local officials and organizations such as Mayor Jackie Veasy, Fire Chief Carl Bittenbender, the Evesham Historial Society, and other Marlton community leaders to sign a front pillar of the building before it is enclosed.

“We are happy to be providing this new addition to the Marlton community and are looking forward to coming together with them to commemorate this new part of their local history,” said Joe McElwee, Principal-Development, Capitol Seniors Housing.

“IMC Construction is proud to be part of the Capitol Seniors Housing team to deliver this best-in-class senior living facility to the Marlton community,” said Alex Craig, Vice President of the New Jersey Division at IMC Construction. “We are excited to continue expanding into the New Jersey market working with industry-leading developers to meet the public demand for high quality wellness facilities for the state’s senior community.”

Just over a year after ground was broken on the project in April of 2021, Arbor Terrace Marlton is close to completion. The 76,500-square-feet, three story community will hold 60 assisted living apartments and 27 memory care units. Arbor Terrace Marlton will be a valuable asset to the community that will help meet the needs of the fastest growing age sector in Marlton, seniors aged 85 and older.

“We are looking forward to being a welcome addition to the Marlton area,” said Arbor Company president Judd Harper. “As soon as our signs went up, we began receiving dozens of calls from interested seniors who want to learn more, and most have already expressed interest in preserving their favorite apartment. It is encouraging they are as excited as we are for Arbor Terrace to open soon.”
